The height and tilt angle adjustment features allow you to position your elbows and wrists at the optimal height and angle to help prevent carpal tunnel. Move your keyboard and mouse lower and closer to your body to adapt and maintain a neutral working posture. Positioning the mount is easy, and it comes with a gel wrist pad to reduce strain. The mouse platform comes with a mouse pad with a wrist rest.
