The MI-7807 height-adjustable footrest will keep your body moving throughout the day to improve circulation and fatigue. Raise and lower the footrest to your desired height. This metal footrest features a padded surface to prevent slipping. The legs have rubber pieces as well to keep the stool in place during use. Relax one leg at a time to reduce pressure on your knees, leg muscles, and ankles by resting one leg on the platform.
